The logs are not in the dashboard after program installation or purchase

The logs will show up in your Hoverwatch account if these conditions are met:

  • The program should be installed on the device and linked to the same account.
  • The device should be switched on and connected to the Internet. If you have enabled «Only Wi-Fi» option in your account -> select the device -> Settings then the device must have Wi-Fi Internet connection.
  • In some cases additional time may be required to synchronize the data.

If the software is installed according to the instruction and the device is connected to the Internet – just wait 20 minutes. In most cases it is sufficient for the initial data to synchronize and appear in the logs in your account.

Contact our tech support if the logs do not show up in the dashboard within few hours.
