Solving a problem with Android 6.0 (if you don't receive information)

In certain cases the program can stop running on Android devices with OS versions prior to 6.0 due to problems with permissions.
To solve this problem and get the program to work again, do the following:

Go to "Settings" and select "Apps".


Select "Sync Service" from the application list.


Select "Permissions" in the device's settings.


Include all permissions from the list.

 

The problem will not happen again once the settings have been adjusted in this way.

 

If you dont receive unlock photos, check "Draw over other apps" setting:
Go to "Settings" and select "Apps." Tap "..." button.

 

(For newer Samsung devices, such as the Galaxy S7, tap "Apps that can appear on top")

 


Tap "Advanced".


Tap  "Draw over other apps"

Select "SyncService" from the application list.


Enable "Permit drawing" setting.

 

 

 

Check Power Saving settings:

1. Open phone Settings -> Advanced settings.

 

Open Battery manager.

 

 

Open Protected apps.

 

 

Enable "Power-intensive" mode for Sync Service app.

 

 

2. Open phone Settings -> Apps.

 

 

Select "SyncService" app.

 

 

 Disable "Power-intensive prompt", Enable "System wakeup" and "Keep running after screen off".

 

 
3. Open phone Settings -> Apps.

 

 

Tap Advanced.

 

 

Tap "Ignore optimisations".

 

 

Select "All aps".

 

 

Select "Sync Service" app.

 

 

And enable it.
