Try to change recording audio source: Enter your account -> select the device -> settings -> Audio Source -> Voice Call or Microphone -> Tap "Save Changes".
And check records, then new call logs will come.
Unfortunately, the record depends greatly on the device. The first device goal is to provide call. So if it has not so many recourses for record then the record will not be done or will be done not very good. It is up to the phone hardware and firmware. Some devices have hardware protection for recording calls.
