Issue was solved by support
Purchased a Subscription but account still in Trial Mode
I purchased a subscription thinking that an account will be created once the payment goes through which wasn't the case. Now I have created an account with the same email I used for payment and it says the subscription is a Trial when a year was purchased.
Emailed support and have not heard anything back.
Can anyone help?

On 26-Jun-17 I purchased hoverwatch with notification order #11745922. But now also my account does not activated.
Still now I got some popup like buy now.
Could you please check and advise when this will be resolve.
I need my account activate immediately.

First paypal bill no was not linked with my account : 10884468
Second one didn't receive yet by paypal but was linked with hoverwatch account
