- The device must have internet connection. If you have enabled Only Wifi in your account -> select the device -> Settings then the device must have WiFi internet connection.
- Sometimes the program can be deleted by device reset. In that case all installed programs are deleted and you have to install the Hoverwatch program again.
- The program deletes itself in 7 days after subscription ended. In that case you have to install the Hoverwatch program again. The program will work if you have subscription at the moment.
