i have the same problem- apps stop working 19.10 and after reinstalation work 2 hours and stop working again
It appears at least on my Samsung S8 that the program is being detected as Harmful and the Android OS is stopping the program. I have reinstalled the program 3 times and it works for about a day and then something stops it. I have Play Protect disabled, but if you go to Play Store then to Play Protect is where I see that it is a harmful app and the only option is to uninstall it. I have to reinstall at that point. I don't know if my child is notified or not, she says she isn't, but she is a teen so who knows.
Does anyone know how to stop whatever scan is catching this? I have also opened a ticket with support.

i have samsung galaxy s8;
follow the steps:
settings - apps - (three dots on top)
- special access - change system settings
- Google Play services - disable
then reset the phone

I have had the same problem for 2 weeks, after the last update I was hoping that the application will send logs, but it does not send when it exits the application, no reports come, as I reinstalled it was only screenshots came from when I co-configured applications on the device since nothing more. And subscription days are running away, unfortunately at our expense.

I'm getting a notification saying that the monitoring was disabled via my dashboard. Does anyone know what that means? I just paid from my subscription and I'm not getting any logs

My app stopped working on the 4th day of trial and i purchased a subscription thinking it was bc the trial had ended... This is ridiculous
