No call recordings. How to fix?

I. Check another browser to open the calls.

II. Audio recording may not work on both sides when using headphones.

III. Change settings. Try changing Audio Source or Voice Enhancement.

Open i.hoverwatch.com > choose a device in the list. In the Settings tab of this device, you will find:

  •  Voice Enhancement feature (for Android 9, 10 and above) or 
  • Audio Source (for Android 6, 7, 8).

 

Voice Enhancement feature (for Android 9, 10 and above):

Try changing Voice Enhancement and Recording Quality and then click Save changes.

 

Audio Source (for Android 6, 7, 8):

Try changing Voice Enhancement and Audio Source and click Save changes.
