How to supress the cast notification

How to turn off the cast icon notification:

1. Settings - Google - Cast media controls - Media controls for Cast devices OFF

other way:

2. Settings - System UI Tuner - Status Bar - Cast (Switch).

Changing the above setting supresses the icon. But Samsung devices does not have the 'System UI Tuner' option.
