The logs will show up in your Hoverwatch account if these conditions are met:

  • The program should be installed on the monitored device and linked to the same account.
  • Check other options: No logs. How to fix.

If the software is installed according to the instruction and the device is connected to the Internet – just wait 20 minutes.
